Use fun hashtags like #cholo_zolo #abki_baar_zolo_sarkaar #zolo_chalo_yaar #zolo_zindabaad
For comforting, safety vibe use tags like #zolo_hai_na or use phrases in repetition to ensure the idea makes home in our audience’s brains, ex- “Zolo hai na, sab sorted hai!”
If we are targeting parents as our secondary audience (especially for zolo scholars), use a reassuring and dependable tone. This can be showcased really well with a reel. The idea is - (writing this as the clock strikes 01:56…) The front end zolo warriors, aka, our housekeepers, the receptionist, management and anybody else who fits (maybe us?) will stand with our tools in hand (like housekeepers would have broom, management with laptops, receptionist with that long register) all in one frame and will say in unison - “HUM HAI NA”
This will assure the parents that at least there’s someone else for my kid too.
To add on to this, we can also have clips of individual team members saying 0 "Yeh Zolo scholar humara bhi baccha hai" or "Hum aapke bacche ka khayal rakhenge," to really drive home the sense of family-like care + it goes high on the CONNECT factor when you see who exactly will we there for your kid.
Parents will trust the humans behind the brand more than they will trust the brand.
Keep it informative, we should come off as experts, like we ARE indeed the REAL DEAL…Idea- let’s say a group of friends are planning a workation, we can share carousel where we handpick some of the best zolocations that just hit the spot.
Also let’s talk about affordability & convinience (refer to that minimalism idea from collaboration section)
Might sound a little extra but to ensure that we are the no.1 solution whenever anyone is thinking of staying away from home for whatever on earth be the reason…we have to make sure we take all the scenarios (even the imaginary ones).
For something elegant, something sophisticated …old money types..that would suit majorly our working professionals in their 30s or late 20s (basically people who were born before me 😭😭) I suggest - The seasons, Lora, Sanchez or any similar serif fonts because they are more elegant, professional and THEY HAVE A CHARACTER.
For our massive event posts, like the Wayanad Fest, I would choose Tan Kindred (oh such a cult fav) for the heading and pair it up with The seasons to create a balance. The fonts should really catch you off-guard.
When talking about something massive, use bold fonts (especially headings), almost as if they are speaking to you out of the screen. Then balance it with something decent…something polite.
For Zolo, I would rather not go with the humble fonts like Roboto (a sans serif..bland boring font), kinda kills the vibe!
Gotta keep it real, reds and purples are just not for you. (But that’s just my opinion)
About the graphics, let’s keep them bold and playful but at the same time balanced….sophisticated. It should not go super high on elements.
